PDA- Palm TX PDA. Specs are here. I transfered all my stuff over to a palm phone. PDA was gently used for 6 months of nursing school. It works great. I'm including a hard silver case and a 2 gig expansion card. Of course sync cable, software, and charger are included. Retail for PDA alone $260. Asking $275 for the package.

The Productivity Post

I had the most productive day yesterday! Got up. Read my blogs. Answered emails. Did some school work. Went to the post office to mail some destash stuff. (Incidentally, there's more to be had on my destash page. Ravelry link.) Came home and baked bread. Worked out for an hour while shamefully watching Rock of Love II reruns. And all that before settling in for Oprah. I also turned the heel on the second Embossed Leaves sock. I predict an FO soon.

My new schedule rocks! I only have school 3 days a week. Sure, I'm supposed to be finding a job and studying. But my books aren't here yet. So I just have to knit and bake while I wait for my reading material to arrive.

Speaking of the baking...

I've never made Focaccia before. And it turned out really well. Delicious when toasted. Just use good olive oil because you can really taste it.

And a couple of loaves of whole wheat. Luckily they do not resemble the wheaty bricks I've made before. They aren't as tall as I hoped but that's OK. Maybe next time.

Before I went to bed, I started a new book. So far, Water for Elephants is fantastic. Good writing. Intriguing and quirky story. Hopefully it keeps up through the whole book.

Mismash

This post has a little bit of everything. Sorry for the disorganization.

First up, I finished my first Anastasia Sock

This is in merino/cashmere from The Knittery in Orchid. One down, one to go.

I received my new Yarn Pirate Booty Club shipment.

Yarn Pirate in Killer Bees- You know I love me some Yarn Pirate. But I'm not sure this is the color for me. I'm going to watch and see what other people knit up and decide then. Don't get me wrong, I think the colors go. They just might not be my style.

But look what else came in the package...

Yarn Pirate Needles!!!! How cool is that?????

Finally, I just completed my Knit Picks Options set. So I have a lot of needles to destash.

One set of 14" wooden needles with a carrying case. I got this on ebay for about $20. It includes one pair each of US size 2-10.5. I can send you a pic if you're interested.

Destash Extravaganza!!!!

OK- here's the deal. I need to raise a little money to fund some recent school related purchases. So some of my beloved yarn has to go...

All skeins come from a non-smoking house with 2 kitties. But I keep the yarn in plastic bags and tubs away from them.
