Exhausted

I started clinical work this week. Phew! 8 hours on my feet is a BIG change from an office desk job. I came home today and collapsed into bed for 2 hours. And I'll definitely be sore tomorrow when I head back for my last shift of the week.

I really like it. (Even though I feel like a moron/in the way all day) And I'm hoping all this activity is going to help with the whole weight loss quest.

I'm off to bed.

I bet you'll see some weight loss. I know I saw weight gain when I stopped working at a job that kept me constantly on the move.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully you can get some rest, and knitting time, in this weekend.

Congrats on getting to the "meat" of your education! :)

As Trish said you're bound to lose weight now...my honey had the same issue went from being on her feet all day, every day to a sit-down computer job. She gained 30 pounds this winter.

Now we're both trying to get out there and get active (I gained a bit of winter weight myself).

And feeling like an idiot is totally normal at this stage. Just remember if you really were, you wouldn't have made it this far! :D

Poor little Chicklet!

See if there's a massage school near you. In Tucson, the student clinic is only $25/hour!

I want you to head down to your pharmacy and pick the prescription I just called in - REST, LOTS of REST, then REST AGAIN:) Enjoy the weekends!
